LoadBounce™ uses SMS-delivered one-time passwords (OTP) for two-factor authentication (2FA) on the LoadBounce™ fleet management platform (loadbounce.ai). The program described on this page is limited to OTP authentication messages. LoadBounce™ does not send marketing or promotional SMS under any circumstances.

User checks the consent box (unchecked by default). The Send Verification Code button is disabled until both a valid phone number is entered and the consent box is checked.
A 6-digit OTP is sent to the number provided. User enters the code to confirm phone ownership.
On submission, the opt-in is written to the consent audit log with phone, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and consent version. The user may now use SMS-based 2FA for LoadBounce™ logins.
Reply STOP to any LoadBounce™ SMS to revoke consent. SMS 2FA is disabled; email fallback remains available for login.
